Availability and restrictions: our shipping policy

 We DO NOT ship to areas where the use of our products is restricted.
• As part of our health safety measures, we are also NOT taking orders from customers positive for any of the contraindications of our products.
• If your delivery address is different from the billing address, please mention it when placing your order.
• Please note that we do not accept cancellation or refund requests for orders with the wrong address or if someone is unavailable to pick up the order.
• Our shipping costs and available methods vary depending on your delivery address and the products ordered. This will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Shipping Time: Our Shipping Policy:

A). OVERNIGHT EXPRESS SHIPPING-DELIVERY TIME (1-2 WORKING DAYS)
B). EXPRESS SHIPPING – DELIVERY TIME (3-5 WORKING DAYS)

Shipping confirmation and order tracking:

• The order placed is dispatched within 2 hours in the case of next-day delivery and within 48 hours in the case of express and regular dispatch.
